Lead expo projects from planning to delivery: project plans and budgets, venue/build-up/logistics coordination, and on-site targets for exhibitor and visitor acquisition. 3+ years in exhibitions or event execution with strong coordination skills.

Drive booth sales and client relationships: prospect and develop target-industry clients, understand their goals and deliver participation proposals. B2B sales experience preferred; exhibition, advertising or media sales a plus.

Own expo branding and visitor acquisition: online-offline campaigns, WeChat and new-media channels, industry content and audience-growth programs. Strong content planning and analytics; expo marketing experience a plus.

Manage pre-show preparation and show-site operations: visitor registration and reception, forum delivery, exhibitor services and incident handling. Detail-oriented, resilient, comfortable with intense show weeks.
